Hosted this year in St. Thomas, the competition brings together top emerging startups, experienced operators, and active venture investors from across the country. Throughout the program, selected participants refine their businesses with seasoned mentors and present directly to investors focused on early-stage growth.

Mentor Pitch Day
Selected semifinalists participate in a private, mentor-led pitch day designed to sharpen storytelling, clarify business fundamentals, and strengthen investor readiness.
Founders will pitch multiple times throughout the day, receiving direct feedback from experienced operators, investors, and prior Startup Battle mentors. The goal is refinement—not performance—so teams enter the final event with conviction and precision.

The Main Event
The top finalists take the stage in St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, pitching live to a curated audience of angels, venture investors, operators, and ecosystem leaders.
The evening concludes with the announcement of the Startup Battle winner, followed by a celebration bringing together founders, investors, and partners in a relaxed, destination setting.
